We will be having NFMS competition judging this year. If you wish to enter your exhibit display into the NFMS Competitive judging please click below to download complete and send in.

There is also a competitive display exhibit offered by the Portland Regional Gem and Mineral show. Note that both NFMS and PRGMSA competitive forms both follow AMFS Uniform Rules and that you can enter one or both competitions but each form needs to be filled out for each competition, for example you can just fill out a NFMS competitive form without having to enter PRGMSA competitive. Read the instructions for each carefully.

You can either complete the Non-competititve form or PRGMSA Competitive Form on digital (online form) below, or you can download any of the pdf forms above to be printed on your own home printer, complete it, and (take a photo of completed form to send in email) or snail mail your printed form as directed on the pdf forms.

There will be loaner cases available and each is fitted with liners covering the ends, back and bottom, but with NO risers. They do include LED lighting. Please note in the form if you desire a loaner case.
CASE SETUP: After 12 noon but before 8pm on the Thursday before the event opens.
Case lighting should not exceed 150 watts per case. Please use LED lighting where
possible. Exceptions may be made for special exhibits upon request to the exhibit chairperson.
JUDGING: The AFMS Uniform Rules Book, Please note that this can only be downloaded at the amfed website and this is an extremely large document.
For some PRGMSA competitive exhibits there are special rules (and or requirements) Single Faceted Stone, 4 Mini Groups (please note however that on the forms for the 4 mini groups the form says that it will again be judges by the afms uniform rules). If you are displaying in any of these you will want the special rules soon.
