We are now full on exhibits for 2023
Why put in a display exhibit? Because you can help us fulfill our mission to educate and engage the public’s knowledge and interest by providing labeling and brief discussions on a wide range of topics that got you interested.
Pretty rocks and minerals in a box is something anyone can do, however put your self in the visitor’s place and ask your self is that display going to do much for them if there are no labels or words in it.
If you would like to put in a display case in the next please complete the form(s) below. Please note the different options of form types. The deadline is Sept. 8th for 2023 exhibit display applications
Before filling out any forms for application to exhibit read and/or print the download of the “Exhibitor Advisory and Supplemental Rules”
There is also a competitive display exhibit offered by the Portland Regional Gem and Mineral show. Note that PRGMSA competitive form follows AMFS Uniform Rules. Please Read the instructions for the forms carefully.
